Return and Refund Policy

We’re here to make sure you’re 100% satisfied with your experience. Our team will do everything reasonably possible to ensure you’re comfortable with placing an order and happy with the products you receive. We do ask that you inspect your merchandise immediately upon arrival to inform us of any issues. We are confident in our products, but we also know sometimes things happen.

While we pride ourselves on excellent customer service, it’s possible there may be a mistake with your order. To begin a refund or replacement of your product, please provide us with a sample of the damaged or misprinted goods. Snap a few pictures and send them over to our team or send us a physical sample of the product.

Keep in mind that returns are not accepted after 30 days from the shipment of the order, so let us know if you have a concern asap and we’ll take care of the problem. We apologize but we cannot accept customized products that you have approved a proof of order. Remember, we’re here to make sure you’re happy, every time!
