Typographical & Technical Errors
Although we work hard to achieve one hundred percent accuracy on orders, inadvertent errors are occasionally made. If you encounter an error in your order, please contact us immediately so that the error may be corrected.
In the event that a Flipzie product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Flipzie, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. If an order is canceled that had been processed, the customer will be refunded the charged amount.
Payment Options
Flipzie accepts payment through PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, personal, business and cashier checks and money orders. All prices from our website are quoted in U.S currency and all orders must be transacted accordingly. We will charge a fee of $35 for any checks we receive for insufficient funds and the payee will be responsible for costs of collections including reasonable attorney fees.
Sales tax: Out of state orders will not be subject to sales tax collection. Indiana, in State orders, will be charged and collected at the current rate of seven (7%) percent.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
Please be assured that all products purchased will be shipped within 3-4 business days from the date the ordered is processed which includes authorization and verification of credit cards or the clearing by our bank of any personal or business checks. We currently ship using the US Postal Service (USPS) but can expedite the shipping using UPS, FedEx or similar delivery options at a surcharge.
Use of Site
We welcome users to visit and browse our site. However, users of this site may not upload, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is defamatory, obscene, abusive, threatening, invasion of privacy rights, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage crime or violate the rights of other parties.
